Regular Return Policy 

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we kindly request that customers send their returns to our New Albany store for inspection. This inspection will verify that all tags are intact and that the items have not been worn before the return is processed. All items marked down 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you would like to swap the size, please let us know, and we can pull the correct size to send once the item has been received back to us and inspected.
